Cancellation, Refund, Payment & Pricing Policy

At Airside Medical Centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a timely and respectful manner. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, the following policies apply to all appointments and transactions.

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of €50.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged the full consultation fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best medical care, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of healthcare services:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If an appointment was paid in advance and is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds for packages or pre-paid treatments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on usage.

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes if services were provided correctly and professionally.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service or in advance for online bookings.

We accept:

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • Online payments via Stripe

  • Bank transfer (for corporate or agreed arrangements)

In certain cases, invoices can be issued and must be paid within 7 days. Delayed payments may incur interest or administrative fees.

4. Pricing Policy

Our pricing is transparent and displayed on our website or available upon request.

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may vary based on the type of consultation (in-person, online), length, complexity, or medical needs.

  • We reserve the right to update our pricing without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

  • During your consultation, our medical team may recommend or carry out additional treatments or minor procedures when clinically indicated (e.g., wound care, injections, diagnostic testing). These services may incur additional charges, which will be explained to you in advance whenever possible. By attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for such charges should these services be provided as part of your care.
